Day 137 - 12 Minutes

Alright, you got me, I haven't been running for 137 days. The year is not even on that level. Or is it? I can't really count, so you'll have to trust me on this.

But it feels like such a long time since my last post and my day 4, that even if it isn't, it feels like I've been running for a million days.

According to the app, this was actually day 30, week 8 of my 17-week plan. And to say it's surprising I'm still doing this is an understatement. It's unbelievable.

And what I did today surprised me even more. I ran for a full 12 minutes straight. No stops, no intervals, no catching my breath and pressing pause on the app to pretend I didn't. I ran straight through what I thought were only about five or six minutes, till the lady told me I was done. It was hard to believe I had actually ran for 12 minutes. Simply because I didn't think I was capable of doing so.

Thank you, Monosnap!

As you can see, today was the day, and I have a green man, which is all you can really want from life, isn't it? A green man.

I feel accomplished in some small way, and wanted to share with everyone. That's it. Now on to my crackers with salmon!
